Supervised visitation in Dallas–Fort Worth: four counties, one service in Arabic

The Arab community of Dallas grows year after year — in Richardson, Plano, the west side, and Arlington. Amanah provides supervised visitation and monitored exchange across Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties — in Arabic, from the first call.

The greater Dallas–Fort Worth area is one of the fastest-growing regions in America, and its Arab community is growing with it: Palestinian, Jordanian, and Lebanese families rooted for decades around Richardson and North Dallas; Iraqi and Syrian families who arrived in more recent waves; and professionals from across the Arab world who came with the boom in technology and aviation. With a region this wide — more than an hour's drive end to end — the logistics of a family case become a genuine burden: where does the visit happen? Who drives how many miles? And what if the two parents live in different counties?

Our service across the metroplex

We serve Arabic-speaking families across the whole region: Dallas, Richardson, Garland, and Irving in Dallas County; Plano, Frisco, and McKinney in Collin County; Fort Worth and Arlington in Tarrant County; and Denton and its surroundings. The visit takes place in a neutral community location agreed with both parties with geographic fairness, attended by a professional supervisor for the full session, with the report issued within twenty-four hours in English, in the factual format Texas family courts and law firms work with — and an explanation in Arabic whenever you wish.

Your case is heard by the family court of the county your file belongs to, and a hearing interpreter is a free right you request in advance from the court office. We cover this in our guide to your language rights.

Whatever corner of the metroplex you are in — open your file, in Arabic or English, in ten minutes.

What sets us apart in Dallas–Fort Worth

  • Geographic fairness: when one parent lives in Plano and the other in Arlington, we choose a fair midpoint, fixed in writing before the session.
  • Fluency in the community's calendar: Ramadan, the Eids, family seasons — we schedule with a flexibility that respects your occasions, within the limits of the court order.
  • Strict neutrality between the parties: we represent no one; we document facts only, which is what gives the report its weight before the judge — as we explain in our reports guide.
  • Transparent pricing: a one-time $150 case setup fee, and $65 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Details here.

Questions from families in the region

The other parent is in a different county — does that complicate the service?

No. The county matters to the court hearing the case; our service covers all four counties, and we coordinate location and timing to suit both parties wherever each of them lives.

The court order requires a public place — what do you suggest?

Public parks in mild weather; libraries, community centers, and quiet family restaurants in the hot summer. The child's comfort always comes first and the order's text second, and the location is fixed in the written confirmation.

Can visits happen on weekends?

Yes — in fact most of our visits in the region do happen on weekends, to fit parents' work schedules and children's school.
